Billing

Billing, plainly.

Is there a setup fee?
No. The monthly price is the only price. There are no setup or migration fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes effect next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my app limit?
We warn you as you approach your app limit and help you pick the right plan. We never auto-bill overages.
Do I need a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month — cancel whenever you like.
What happens to my apps if I cancel?
Nothing dramatic. What you've paid for stays active until the end of the billing period, then you're on the Free plan. Your apps aren't deleted, and your code and database backups are yours to download any time.
What about refunds?
Cancelling stops the next bill — what you've already paid for runs to the end of the period. If something's gone wrong with a charge, email us and a person will sort it out.
What if my app gets popular?
It keeps running, and your bill doesn't change — we don't bill for traffic, ever. If your app could use more muscle, we'll suggest a bigger plan. Upgrading is a click, not a rebuild.
